Castle Chambers, York is a conversion of offices to 27 high quality residential units and a ground floor unit for commercial use. Permitted development rights for change of use have been granted and detailed planning consent for alterations to the externals has been secured. The scheme is under development with property partners Newby Asset Management. Commencement of construction took place in July 2015 with  completion in early Summer 2016.
